My name is Autumn!  I'm a Chaotic Feral Cheese Goblin and Licensed Massage Therapist in the best city in the world- Winston-Salem!
I am an honor roll graduate of the Living Arts Institute. I also hold a Bachelor of Science from Winston Salem State University in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. I can correct your posture (and your grammar, if you like) I am passionate about helping you move through life with less pain. In pursuit of this goal, I am pursuing accreditations an Integrated Manual Therapist as well as a Human Movement Specialist. 

After years of working in the spa industry, I grew tired of working for "The Man" and now I'm a proud entrepreneur, contributing to the woman-dominated profession of massage therapy, with a focus on empowering women to put themselves first for once. I provide a body-positive, trans-friendly space where you can unwind and ignore the outside world. Leave your insecurities at the door; this is a safe space. I cater to women who are on the brink of exhaustion.

Whether your shoulders ache, you're on Day 3 of your latest migraine, or you just need a break from the stresses in life, you'll find instant relief in my studio.

I keep track of your preferences—everything from your love of scalp massage to your ticklish feet and your music selection. You're not typical; why should your massage be? Paid for 60 minutes? You get 60 minutes...not 50. You work hard for those dollars and I want to honor that! 

My unofficial slogan is "You will never hear the pan flute in my massage room." I spent over a decade in the massage industry and have amassed a massive collection of relaxing music that's actually good. I can even create customized playlists for my regulars. Want an all-Björk massage? I can make that happen!

I am the mother of 2 humans, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a bearded dragon. l all things geek! My treatment room is a reflection of my personality. I am absolutely devoted to my family...that includes each and every client!
