Buddha's serene, happy demeanor doesn't only come from hours of meditation. He'd be stiff and sore without his massage therapist to put the Om back in his spirit.
You are welcome to bring a friend or book back-to-back treatments, but you must arrive separately for your individual appointments. Fourth Street is full of restaurants and cafes where you can wait.
If you're more than 10 minutes early, please don't knock as I may be with another client. There are lots of restaurants and cafes on Fourth Street, as well as the Forsyth County Central Library. I ask that you arrive just 5 minutes early for all appointments.
I accept payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay, Apple pay, FB pay, and Venmo. If you need a receipt for insurance purposes, I can text or email one to you at the end of your session.
New clients must identify as female, trans, and/or non-binary. For safety purposes, cisgender men are accepted by referral only. If you are a cisgender male, please contact me before booking your first appointment to tell me who referred you.
Yes! There's free street parking along 4th Street in addition to a parking lot behind the house.
Is your space handicap accessible
Unfortunately,no. There are 4 exterior stairs as well as a large staircase leading up to my treatment room.
Do I have to take my clothes off?
No. Your comfort is my utmost priority. I've treated clients who are in the nude to fully clothed and everywhere in between. I will work with you to accommodate any needs you may have regarding draping and body positioning to ensure you always feel safe and secure.
Does massage hurt?
Your massage doesn't have to hurt to be effective. If you experience any pain or discomfort during our session, please tell me! I'm always happy to stop or modify your treatment to suit your needs. My motto is "Leave 'em better than you found 'em."
I use Soothing Touch Sports Massage oil. It is a mix of rice bean, sunflower, and canola seed oils. It's phthalate & paraben free and cruelty free. It also contains peppermint, eucalyptus, and clove.
If you feel sick, you MUST cancel your appointment, especially if you suspect a fever. Your massage will be safer and more enjoyable once you feel better. I wrote a blog about it! Wanna read about? Here it go!
